Description Summary 

This is a full-time, exempt position. We are searching for an experienced Digital Sales and  Marketing Manager to lead our digital sales channel. In this position, you will be responsible for  all aspects of our digital marketing operations. You must have extensive Amazon FBA  experience where you have executed all day-to-day activities including marketing, promotions,  inventory control and conflict resolution. Your central goal is to help grow sales with secondary  goal of increasing our brand loyalty and awareness.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing  campaigns across all digital marketplaces with the primary focus being Amazon. Our ideal  candidate is someone with experience in sales, marketing, art direction, and social media  management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also need to  demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities 

This is not a supervisory position.

Essential Job Responsibilities 


  • Manages sales on digital platforms focusing on Amazon and including Nutrex, iHerb, Vitacost, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
  • Creates and executes sales and promotional plans to achieve sales budgets
  • Communicates with customers and vendors to maintain alignment of sales activities
  • Provides monthly update on KPIs to senior management


  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing  database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
  • Planning and managing our social media platforms.
  • Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target  audience.
  • Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Working with marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Physical Demands 

May be required to sit for extended periods of time at a computer or talking on the telephone.  May need to lift up to 20 lbs on occasion.

Working Conditions 

Work is performed remotely/hybrid in Hawaii or California air-conditioned office environment.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital sales, marketing, or advertising position with  at least 3 years’ experience of executing Amazon FBA daily activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Experience managing marketing agencies and consultants
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
